Spin class today, WOD: used the empty bar for SDHP and did pushups instead of dips, 8:45. I feel pretty good today.

WOD as rx'd:
7 rounds - 95# SDHP/ring dips - 10 reps per set
Time=8.35

Did a moderately intense spin prior, so my legs were a bit fatigued.

After the WOD, did 2 sets of 3 consecutive muscle-ups, still working towards 21 in a row. Full extension at the top and bottom. When I hit 5, I will video and post!

Last time I did this with power cleans in 22.00 - the squat cleans make a huge difference!

Today:
100 Wall ball
50 Squats
80 Manmakers (10 lbs dumbells)
40 Burpees
90 Walking lunges (each leg)
40 Pull ups
20 Push ups
20 Knee to elbows
10 Situps (Glute/ham)

Time: 53:??

Fran as rx'd = 6.41, 50 seconds off my previous PR.

This was after a spin class, but I don't feel it took much out of me. Next time I will do it fresh.
