Jiu-jitsu before hand, so I think that cost me a bit. I hit 3 consecutive palms out muscle-ups for the first time. I am working toward 21!

Ack. These long shifts will really take the vinegar out of you. it's hard to balance rest, nutrition, getting a good workout in, and getting your job done.

So anyway I get back after the shift and I couldn't sleep so I tried something I saw on one of the site videos.

Ten rounds of deadlift 135 x15/pushups x 15 for time

16:48

That is a good one, but it doesn't have a name like the Girls.

Then I did DL form practice, 3 reps ten rounds up to 275.

I'm gonna hit one of the named WOD's hard today. My trainer here is saying sub-five Fran, we will see eh?

Sorry I'm missing these workshops, I'll be home soon my loves!

Oh, Luke, there's life after med school/residency. Hang in there. Did I tell you the story of my first day as an intern? Probably. If not, it'll keep 'til you get back.

I did my Veteran's Day tribute workout today in honor of my dad, a veteran of the Korean War.

Murph: jumping pullups (good ones!) and pushups off knees: 48:13.
Michael: 33 even

Then Jason decided I had one more in me, so I did a heavily subbed JT: 15lb.DB press, knee pushups, bench dips: 10:11.

I'm gonna be sore tomorrow.

When are you coming home, Luke?

Great job today Susie...very proud and I am sure Dad is as well...

Luke, your DLs are going to be HUGE when you come back!!!

I did today's WOD - 9 rounds plus 5 HSPU, I finished my 10th round after time ran out.

All the Albany CFer's are missing you Luke.

Just keep trying, Susie. Focus will get you that pull-up! You're not going to let a generic grilled cheese sandwich reach his pull-up goal before you, right?
