Wow, caffine was on the World Anti-Doping Agency list of banned substances?

I just had my first cup of coffee ever last week, it was great. I've always been a tea fanatic but I must say I'm really starting to enjoy a good cup of black coffee. Caffine is my favorite drug.

William-

That was really funny.

On the subject, whenever I spend time under the needle (as I did today for three hours), I find myself sucking down coffee before hand. I don't know if that helps the paina at all but it makes the endorphin trip quite special.

Under the needle? I'm thinking acupuncture, blood donation, erm recreational drug use... :-)

Whatever it is, it doesn't sound comfortable. I gave plasma once, it was like a normal blood donation, but they ran the blood through a centrifuge, took out the plasma and then injected the red blood cells back in. Chilled. I can get through a blood donation is a little over six minutes. But with this process, I had to sit there with this huge needle in my arm for three quarters of an hour. I was squirming around in the chair with discomfort. I just couldn't do it again.

Matt,
Check out the "Bust on Dan" thread in Community for an explanation of "under the needle." He's pretty well tatted, and not a "Mi Vida Loca" in sight!

Will,
Absolutely hilarious!!!!!!!!

I think the new CF T-shirt should be:
