2 questions that the FAQ didn't answer -

1) How many Sampson Stretches per round?
2) What kind of handstand drills hould we work-in?

1) 1 each leg is sufficient. Doesn't have to be done in the rounds, a couple stretch before then the dip,squat,pull ups...

2) They are presses to handstand, lowering from handstand, holding, and walking. For the exact details you'll need the Jan 2004 CFJ.
