Police fitness testing
This one is a client testimonial for CF workouts and police fitness test.
One of my regulars who trains with me 2x a week and goes to the gym 2 x a week just did the fitness testing for our state police force.
Despite being one of the oldest guys there (37) he either maxed out or came very close to maxing out every single test including
vertical jump (two years ago he had a spiral shin fracture and still has a plate and pin in it)
sit and reach
beep test (second last to pull out and the guy that beat him was 21)
The pass mark is 44 points out of 110 and Tim got 99 points.
What makes it even more impressive is that before the day he had never done any of the tests before!
