JAW Hand Grips - Anyone use them?

I'm looking for some grips for pull-up intensive workouts.

I've tried the Gorrilla Grips that somebody recommended here and couldn't hang on to the bar. I've also tried the leather gymnastic style from again faster and still got blisters.

Anyone try these?

WFS

I'm not sure how the cloth would differ from the aforementioned leather grips.

Thanks!

Re: JAW Hand Grips - Anyone use them?

I just ordered a pair. I have tried everything, and nothing works very well. The best thing I have used is to take care of my hands and using pieces of yoga mat around the bar. I use a little clip to hold it in place. It works fairly well.

Once I have tried the Jaw hand grips I will give a review.

I have had really good results and no rips using nike batting gloves. As a baseball player I have an enormous collection of batting gloves. Chalk, tape, gymnastic wraps have all left me with rips. I have yet to with the gloves I use. For pullup extensive workouts (100 or more) I would take them off after about 75 percent of workout and go to chalk as grip strentgh becomes a problem.

Ok, I got these in and have put them through a few wods. So far they are much better than the gloves, leather gymnast grips and everything else I used. The material is similar to that of an ace bandage and is stretchey. I can't believe no one has tried these.

Re: JAW Hand Grips - Anyone use them?

We ordered a few pair here and should be receiving them soon. We've also run the gamut of different ways to avoid tearing (with limited success) and have heard great things about the JAW grips, so we're really looking forward to their getting here.

The problem I've been facing (others here don't have this issue) is that I'm unable to stay on the bar with gymnastics grips or tape on my hands. I tip the scales at 250 and have to death grip the bar in order to do pullups, which results in some gnarly tears when the pullup total gets above 40. Any grip I use results in me flying off the bar pretty quickly. Most likely a grip strength issue, although I don't have this problem in other movements. Come on JAW grips!
