What is progress?

2 months ago: 50 burpees in 15 minutes
Last night: 100 burpees in 12 minutes

Watch out guys, I'm comming for your records!! (Yeah, I know...I still have a LONG way to go, lol)

Add in a 7.6 lbs loss in the last 7 days (first week of paleo-ish). I'm feeling great! This is the first time I've been below 260 lbs in over 2 years.

Stu, I know where you are coming from. I started Paleo on the first of the year and I have lost 1/2 a pound a day every day since. I am satisfied all the time and have loads of energy. I started out at 269 so I know where you are coming from.

Great progress keep it up.
