Just to let everyone know, there is a new issue of Girevik Magazine out. It has an amazing interview with Art DeVany, Evolutionary Fitness. I know he's been discussed here a number of times, so I thought everyone might find it interesting.
Also, our friend Robb Wolf wrote an excellent article on high-performance caloric restriction.

Very good stuff. Robb's article is right on, a nice balance between the nutrition and the recovery/rest. DeVany is amazing...just when I get lost, it all makes sense. I wish he would write that book. He and Tamir Katz are the two who got me started on my diet...Tamir encouraged me to start a website.
