Faster Higher Stronger - the Book

Just finished Mark McClusky's book, "Faster Higher Stronger."

Good info on some of the new science of performance. Interesting stories what is being researched - from supplements to training at altitude.

One idea that keeps going around in my head, fatigue is an emotion - it is our brain trying to preserve us - its an inaccurate gas gauge that tells us to slow down or stop -- when we really have more gas in the tank.
