Frank M's Workout Log
Been into Crossfit for about 1.5 years, on and off. Due to some health problems (Hernia surgery, and recent diagnosis with ulcerative colitis), I've been sporadic for the time since I've discovered it. However, since July, I've been healthy, and fully involved with the WOD's, and eating the zone. I've been recording my progress for my own sake, but now I think I'll post within the community and get some feedback and encouragement.
22yom, 5'4, 162 lbs.
Yesterday's Filthy Fifty: As rx'd except for tuck jumps subbed for double unders- 39:45.
Knees to elbows truly killed me, and I hadn't really realized before today how much work my core need. I'll be getting to practice OHS a lot more!
