Art of Manliness workout is CrossFit-esque

They give an example of 5 gut busting workouts. I knew I loved their website.

At least one of the examples is from a CrossFit video on YouTube.

Re: Art of Manliness workout is CrossFit-esque

I was looking at the Art of Manliness Holiday gift guide and what did I come across as a suggestion in between Martial Arts Class and Gun Class? CrossFit class!

Not a bad endorsement. Their other gift ideas are pretty good as well, although often quite pricey.
