I have been doing the crossfit wod off and on for about 3months now, and haven't been able to stick with it until now. I'm an experienced lifter but don't have quite as much strength as I used to so I have been scaling down the lifts, I can do the runs but can't do the pull ups and don't have access to an assist machine...my question is, should I start over and complete the beginner's workout before trying to do the WOD's? Or should I just keep scaling down the workouts until I can complete them fully? Which one would give me the most benefit?

Welcome Elena. IMHO, I feel that you should be able to handle a scaled back WOD for now based on your background. In time your pull ups will get better.

BTW: love your web site. Especially the section called "Tech Geek Stuff".
As an IT professional myself, I'm jealous.:biggrinthumb:

Thanks for the advice, I'm definetly ready to stick with it this time, just with the few months I've done it off and on, I feel the results almost immediatly.
