A simple body wt WOD I've used is:

10-20-30-40-50-40-30-20-10

Pushups
Situps
Squats

For example: 10 reps of Push ups, sit ups, and squats done succession. Then immediately the same of 20 reps and so on. Complete the entire pyramid without stopping.

Look at the Lions Den workouts, they're a lot like this.

10, 20, 30, 40, 50, etc. The squat one is especially brutal.

That's exactly where i got it from (Lion's Den). I trained there when there was a Lion's Den in San Diego, Chula Vista to be exact.

I lived just on the other side of I-5 in Imperial Beach. The Lion's Den was just under 3 miles from my house so it worked out great for me.
