I would guess that they would be close. Depending on how long you like them to be you might want to order XLs. One option is to order both and let us know at checkout that you want to return a pair and we can include a prepaid return mailer in with your order so you can send back whatever one doesnt fit right.

Re: Compression Gear

I'll admit that I didn't read all of the threads, but as a bit of a skeptic I'm curious what people's opinions are about the effectiveness of these products.
I read the claims on the back of a Skins brand compression sleeve in terms of augmented performance- if it were really that good, I'd think that all CrossFit games competitors would have to use the calf and forearm ones to keep a competitive (although many do wear at least one or the other). I hope these claims are predicated on an independently conducted double blind study? I guess the science makes sense to a point, but it reminds me a little bit of the claims from Nikken magnets and Phiten wristbands that make pretty crazy claims about about negative ion balance and Qi and enhancing blood flow etc - all of which has pretty much been debunked though these have been hugely successful products due to the placebo effect from demonstrations etc. Anyone have good, non-anecdotal references? Just curious.

Hi Doug,

No immediate plans, and but that is definitely something we are interested in making at some point in the future.

Re: Compression Gear

Hi Greg,

Do you ship to the uk?

I'm interested in your gear. Not sure what is best: tights, or socks and shorts?

I'm looking for general benefits during wods, lifts, and also for recovery.

thanks

Ben

Hi Ben,

Yes, I we can ship to the UK. It's hard to get it to calculate correctly through our website so we usually just handle it on an individual basis through email and PayPal. Please email me at sales@spunperformance.com and we'll take care of you.

Socks and shorts vs pants are a personal preference type of thing. I think socks and shorts provide a bit more flexibility since you can wear the socks all the time in situations where you might not want full compression on your entire leg. I've taken to wearing them almost all the time since they are so comfortable!
