1 year later with 5 months of CrossFit

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v3...1yearlater.jpg

Here's a pic of me at 1 year after I decided to start making some changes in my life and in about August I started up doing Crossfit off the main page alone at 24 hr fitness...

5k - 19:53
1 mile - 6:00

I don't have any impressive lift numbers like 200lbs., that's not really what I'm going for.

To be honest, I just want a rock'n body.

Happy New Year everyone.

No before pic, but good job (crazy run times at least to an old stocky man like me). I just wanted to comment that the "rock n bod" is a product of the "impressive lift numbers," i.e. focus on the lift numbers, and the body will follow!

Good luck.

Thanks for the comments, Yeah, I dont have a really good before pic...

Basically, I was 178lbs and felt very fat for my 5'7" height...

Ill try and dig one up.

As for the increased weight... at this point, I am not in the market for a chiropractor... so im going to keep it well within my ability for a while...

Saying that on a CF forum is like going to church to say God sucks.

I do have to say I've suffered much LESS back pain ever since starting CF. Making the back stronger has never hurt anyone. Only poor form hurts.
