1 year testimonial

I decided last year to get back in shape after REALLY letting myself go for 3-4 years. I started out doing p90x from May to August 2007 then switched to Crossfit/Paleo and have not looked back.

Aside from just losing weight and looking better, Crossfit has made me so much stronger and happier with my overall health and fitness. Following the Crossfit mandate to "Regularly learn and play new sports" - I tried Jiu Jitsu and am now completely addicted! (as evident by the numerous bruises on my shoulder.)

Some changes:

BW: started at 180lbs, now at 135lb
DL: 325lb
BS: 270lb
CLEANS: 185lb
OHS: 155lb
Snatch: 135lb

Fran: 5:08 Rx'd (from 10:30 scaled 65lb)
Cindy: 24 rounds (from 17 rounds)

Bottom line: Crossfit works!

Re: 1 year testimonial

It's great to see so many "1 year testimonials" posted here! How often do you think it is that someone sticks to the same program for a whole year? Not very. Good work, Tom.

Re: 1 year testimonial

Great stuff, Tom! And I definitely like the "I'm not someone you wanna mess with" expression in the last one. You've got the "carved outta wood" look to match it now!
