It felt....Awesome. Great coaching on the kip by Brand X trainers was a big help in improving my pull up speed and power.

And for those not familiar...I did my first pull up in January 05 at the age of 39.

Thanks, everyone! I was on track at 4:00 with 51...but I squeaked out triples for rest and fishished with a single at the last second! I gave a nice victory shout as I came down off the bar on that one.

Darby...I'm due for another visit to the rockpile!

Lincoln, I would love to show you my progress on lifting form. I think of you while I'm working on getting my elbows up the rack position! ;) We should try to go out and see you on our next romp thru Arizona.
