I have used the Iorn Woody ones for years. They work fine. I agree with everything everyone else has said so far. Though i dont mind having tens on it , they do stink for certain movements. they work best if there setup sub 50lbs. mine have been set to 20 and 67 for the last 2 years and will probaly stay that way. I have a few fixed bells. Id say it was nice having the adjustability options at first and was cheeper since i had a bunch of standard plates but if you dont id just go fixed. KBs are way more common now and are everywhere ... craigslist. also seems like kb prices have come down a bit, and i have seen freeshiping deals at http://stores.neptunebarbell.com/StoreFront.bok (WFS)
