I am a new crossfitter and have been scaling the workouts for a couple of months. I am also 6'2" and 280#. The pullup workouts have killed me. I tried 1/2 Angie on 1/30 and managed a 24:09 with pullup assistance. I tried it yesterday and lowered the assist and finished in 19:00. I know I'm not breaking any crossfit records, but this was a huge jump for me. I think I'll try for a 3/4 Angie next time!
