So I decided to ride my bike and see how fast I could hit the 10 mile mark. Keep in mind this was on my exercise bike so the distance might not be 100% accurate.

Anyways, 10 miles took me just over 30 minutes a couple of months ago and today I did it in just over 24 minutes. My RPMS have sky rocketed as I was able to keep them in the 100-110 range even at high tensions for the duration of the ride. I even mixed in 5 intervals at 115-120 for 60 seconds each.
