I'm a sophomore in college and im fixing to change my major from undeclared to Exercise Science. My dream is to train athletes in a crossfit style manner. I was wondering if anyone had any advice for me as a person preparing to do this type of thing.

Purchase the journal and read it. Go to a CF cert.

Look at a USAW Certification also. Maybe explore an adult gymnastics class?

Yep.

Get some like-minded people together and train, train, train. Experience is really important in Crossfit.

Read, read, and read some more. Learn by doing (getting in the trenches). Learn the movements of the athletes you are plan on training because a football player shouldn't train like a tennis player and so on. Talk to people who train others that have good long term results. I think learning crossfit would be a major step when I came across this website and chech out some the workouts I had to try it and I started @ 300 + lbs just doing 2 days a week along with one day of submission wrestling class I was able to get down to 270lbs and grapple for 5 matches in one day with 3min. 1st rd. 2 min 2nd rd.
