This'll be my first attempt at him. I'm just a couple of weeks into CF and way out of shape, but I'm gonna give it a go. I'm not exactly saying that I'm pumped though; perhaps more like intimidated. I'm hoping to go as rx, but there may end up being some scaling involved.

I'd love to, but I'm going to have to decline for an easier workout that won't kill me. Have a track meet Saturday, and then another one Monday. Ahhhhh. I'll have to find some other time to slot Murph in.

My one and only encounter with Murph =

I'll be more careful this time, but still giving everything I got for our lost Hero.

Did someone say 3-2-1 go?

Attack Murph like a madman and you should do fine, what are you in for?

An hour plus of pure Joy!

Re: the joy of murph

Man oh Man, this will be my first WOD returning from a half-volume week and I've never attempted it before. I hope the fact that I'm chomping at the bit helps bigtime!
If you dissect Murph, then it isn't really THAT bad... it must be obvious that I've never Murphed before... One mile (a solid 6.5/7 mins of work) followed by Cindy which is definately manageable in 20 mins or less for an experienced CFer. It's definately the last mile which I think will be the true test.
A score of 35 minutes or less must be considered to be very good.

From reading the comments on the main page I get the feeling alot of people are ignoring that part.

I'm psyched to see Murph come up. I'm a day behind, though, so today is my rest day, thankfully, because I'm sore as **** from the thruster/pull-up WOD. I did fill an old backpack with water bottles to see if it could hold 20lbs, though, and it seems like it does, so Murph is going to be awesome.
