FGB Clock won't beep...

Our otherwise excellent FGB clock won't beep anymore. I've turned off the power for more than 20 seconds, hit the mute button (and every other button), and tried everything I can think of, and it still sits there counting off Tabatas silently -- mocking us as we try to keep our eye on it as we finish an interval.

Is there a way to reset it all the way back to the factory settings? There seems to be an internal battery to remember the time, so I wonder if something happened to keep it quiet, or if we just have a bad one. It could be the clock or the remote maybe? It used to beep, and of course no one will fess up to muting it...

Is this the clock gone bad v1 or v2? I know you said you turned it off, but have you tried unplugging it for more than 20 seconds? This just happened to mine (v1) about a week ago and that's what I did to fix it.

I'm not sure what version it is (I can check tomorrow), but I did turn it off for more than 20 seconds. I unplugged it overnight.

I had the exact same problem. Returned it to Again Faster for replacement. Where'd you buy it? Contact them for a return.
