Anyone have a zone template ?
Hi crossfitters, looking for a zone template (i gather zone is the main one for crossfit) I'm around 218-225 lbs bodyweight, 14%bf.
I plan to work out at least 4 or 5 times a week, Not following any specific program yet. My aim is just to keep fit whilst learning the olympic lifts at the mo. Background is mma so i'm used to high intesity. My current diet is just to eat whatever i like but keep it clean.
I won't go on too much as i'm just looking for a template at the mo, will probably make a new thread or update asking for critique on any future diet plan.
My goal is to get to/stay at around 225 ish (as i like that weight) whilst getting stronger and fitter.
