Wouldn't it be the other way around? Or am I thinking backward today?

Re: Sharknado

it is your cell's response to the effects of insulin to get sugar in them not the effects of insulin on fat. High sensitivity means you only need a little to get the job done and keep blood sugar levels good.

Oh gotcha. I really wasnt sure what the mechanism was.

I love that the anti carbs people just think everybody else is ignorant/not to trust. I cant help that Im an engineer and pretty well versed in thermodynamics, and so I cant just ignore that excess energy has to go somewhere...

Yeah, it's worth a trip and it's NOT the stuff you hear on the radio, well actually there's a station in your area that IS that type of stuff, I think it's 92.1.

After looking at their schedule Friday the 16 of this month will be their best show. Jack Ingram's live show is the best fusion of country and rock you will see this month. Jack has always been my favorite performer for over 10 years now, and at Gruene he is on a whole other level. If I weren't going to be in Boston, I would be there. You'll need to get tickets ahead of time, I'm surprised it's not sold out already.

Just remember, it's a cash only kind of place.

Cowboys is alright. Been there many times. It's a meat market type place. Whenever I'm in town these days we hit up Wild West on the north side. Cowboys has more appeal than just the country crowd although all the country bars play rap at times.
If you're ever down this way, let me know! I checked out their site and didn't recognize any names (not surprising) except this Friday they are having Granger Smith with his guest Earl Dibbles Jr.

Thats a character created by Granger Smith. Granger sucks and I have never understood how he can continue to make records and clubs book him. Dont waste your time with him.

Re: Sharknado

PR time! Felt a little "off" snatching light this evening, till I got to 78 and 83 and they went up like butter, hit 88 kg for the first PR - pull and catch were good but had to force a little standing, so I said what the heck and went for 90kg - was easier than the 88!

198.4 lbs for all you English system folks
