Excuse the language in the video but I was very happy to get this 15 lbs PR! I know its not perfect and would like to critiques if you guys could offer any.

You're clearly limited by the jerk. Dip went forward, sending the bar forward. Put a bend in that back leg in the landing position; land on the ball of the foot and don't let the foot point out.

Looks like you lean forward a bit during your front squat ("BIG chest!").

Try lunge walks to stabilise your jerk.

Drive those elbows up! from the bottom of that squat clean all the way up into the jerk. If you drive those elbows up it will eliminate 75% of your issues. good work tho!
