Just a quick one. I've got a bare bones set-up.

Swiss ball, dumbells, 2kg medicine ball and a milk crate. My question is - if the WOD recommends BW for bench press and I'm using DB's at 80% of that, what % should I be looking at for a swiss ball (if there is indeed one) - it's got a 500kg bursting limit? Or, use the milk crate and a thick towel.

maybe just do floor dont really need a bench... you can use jack stands/ car jact stands these are inexpensive and in the US are found @ Auto Zone et &cwill hold about 4 tons
Ring dips are a great sub for BPs & you dont need a spotter. Also a little wt added to ring dips goes a long way.

I wouldn't trust a milk crate. Cinderblocks work in a pinch.
