16kg for the SS test and the TSC. Catherine has 70+ lbs on you.

Bill, Kelly "makes weight classes obsolete" Moore won't understand your point. If she did she'd let us get better times than her's on the WOD!

David,
I am in. My WOD results should really suck that day. Watch it be a rest day...lol.

I helped a buddy clear some trees off his land yesterday. I cut them into 3 to 4 foot chunks and carried them "two hands anyhow" about 70 feet and stacked them up. I made about 30 trips. The inside of my forearms look like hamburger, but it was a great workout.

Kelly,
Outstanding performance!

Cool down on the WOD, you are in Coach G's purgatory for that comment.

Seriously, if we are going to do it competitively, it has to be done before. Otherwise, some of us will slack the WOD to improve our score.

Bill,

Yamaha???

400's and 600's are great fun, you can take the mick with them more when squeezing the juice on than the big 1k boys.

Gave this a whirl today, though using a 1 rather than 1.5 pood bell, as that's all I have at home. Managed to crank out 167 before staggering into the bathroom for a thankfully barely missed rendezvous with Pukie.

Aside from my lungs, the weakest link was my grip, which makes me glad I'll be doing this Friday's 1.5 attempt in my parent's California backyard rather than on my thinly-wooded apartment floor.

If I can beat 120 on the 1.5, I'll be a happy camper.

Off to re-examine the fine porcelain craftsmanship of my toilet bowl.
