Bj Penn vs. Diego Sanchez ?

Anyone know if Diego is in line for a title shot next? If so, that would be a very interesting fight.

Sanchez is a good fighter, but Im not sure he is a match for Penn. That said, who else does that division have to offer is a serious contender ?

Re: Bj Penn vs. Diego Sanchez ?

I don't know if Sanchez can best Penn or not, but Sanchez v Guida was the best fight I have ever seen. If he brings it like that for Penn it is going to be awesome. Plus Sanchez is a cardio monster. Penn's conditioning will be in for a serious test.

Maynard, Edgar... There is competition there.

I think Maynard is a threat and IMO, should be next in line. Diego will sell tickets, but he's just dropped to 155, he should earn his keep.

I agree with that, Maynard would be a good match up, but I would love to see BJ walk through Diego

Agreed with you about Maynard, but I would like to see more sub's/tko/ko actually finishing of a fight and less decision's.

Diego has already earned his keep in my opinion. Just becuase his dropped a weigth class doesn't mean he needs to earn his keep.

I don't think Bj would run through Diego, but in the end I do believe Bj would win. Diego has the tools to make it an interesting fight, but a victory is going to be very tough.
