Any resources on how best to lay out a crossfit box?
I am an exisiting PT studio out of 2.5 warehouse spaces. We are very lucky in regards to the space we have. In total it is 900m2
We have an area of 306m2/3293ft2 that we can dedicate to crossfit. The dimensions are 11.8m/26m or 38.7ft/85.3ft The two shorter walls are brick and one has the roller door. One of the long walls is aluminium and the other is just a bamboo room devider from reception (cannot hang anything from it). Just asking if there is any general guidlines to laying out a 'box' or any suggestions. Thanks |
