Favourite E-Resources
Recently Damon Stewart was kind enough to point the community in the direction of the C+P Blog (http://chaosandpain.blogspot.com/ NOT WFS) and similarly, Kelly Starrett's MobilityWOD website (http://mobilitywod.blogspot.com/ WFS) was also brought to my attention in another thread.
I was wondering if there were other resources on the web that other are currently following and think a worth sharing. If you're anything like myself, you eat this stuff up for breakfast, lunch and dinner but sifting through the mountains of sh ![]() I'm keen, and assume others would be as well, to hear about your favourite websites/blogs/e-resources related to fitness, motivation and nutrition.... What are they? Where can they be found? And why are they worth reading? |

Re: Favourite E-Resources
Good stuff right there, especially eatmoveimprove. I also spend a ton of time on youtube watching O-lifting vids. The channel "Franjete" is my favorite and Glenn Pendlay posts under "California Strength."
It's funny though, as you start to surf some other message boards you'll realize that lots of programming is trendy flavor of the month stuff. Use your critical thinking skills. |
