Haven't kept up on keeping track of times....here are some workouts that I do have times for. not sure what day I did them Tabata something else: Pull ups: 15, 12, 10, 10, 8, 8, 8, 8 79 Pushups: 15, 15, 11, 6, 8, 7, 7, 8 77 sit ups : 13, 12, 12, 10, 10, 10, 10, 11 88 Squatzorz: 18, 17, 17, 17, 17, 17, 17, 20 140 384 Grace: 30 135lb clean and press Did power cleans, next time I Want to do full squat cleans. 5:45 Ten rounds: 3 45lb weighted pull ups 5 strict pull ups 7 kipping First two rounds with 45, last 8 with 35 26:00 Elizabeth 21-15-9 135 squat cleans ring dips 10:24 Five rounds for time of: 95 pound Sumo-deadlift high-pull, 21 reps 21 Ring dips 17:20 |

May 14th Thursday
Haven't slept in over 36 hours. Took a final at 8 in the morning and another at noon. After spending six hours taking finals I get a text asking me to go workout... 30 ghd situps 25 back extensions 5 rounds for timezorz 14:40 I felt like I Was going to pass out after...not sleeping and then swinging your head up and down 275 times sucks. |

21-15-9 225 lb Deadlifts handstand pushups 9:10 Next time break down the first round of HSPU into 7-7-7 because I burnt out too early on those. |

4 rounds of
100 foot walking lunge with 30 lb dumbells 30 24 inch box jumps (used a 30 inch picnic table...so that was a little harder considering I am only 65 inches or so) 20 weighted pullups with 30 lbs Weighted pullups were definitely a limiting factor...work on those. 32:43 |

Tuesday may 19th
5'5/ 152 lbs 500 meter row 30 bodyweight bench press (used 175) 1000 meter row 20 bodyweight bench press 2000 meter row 10 bodyweight bench press I have never rowed before...so this was new. The gym had the bench and the row machine on two different stories so I had to walk between the two. I also worked out with someone who weighed 175 so I did 175 bench to compete with them. 33:00 They got 29, but I lost the time on the row now the bench. |

Friday may 22nd
Twins: Two rounds of each couplet 750 meter row 20 handstand push ups 20 115 lb thrusters 20 L pullups first couplet I did in 12 minutes then it ended up being like 32 minutes total. Had to do it at the 24 hour fitness...which was basically a social bodybuilding type gym where there was more talking then moving...so people were always in my way especially for the pullups. I hate working out here... Ended up with a 2000 meter row because I wasnt satisfied with the workout and the disruptions. that took 9:50 |

Barbara 20 pullups 30 push ups 40 sit ups 50 squats Five rounds, with three minutes rest between Deleted my time on accident...but I think I remember what it was 1. 3:20 2. 4:15 3. 5:25 4: 6:15 5: 4:20 Lost motivation in the 4th one...really sucked. Also working out at a 24 hour fitness sucks...people kept getting in my way and kept pausing to flex in the mirror and standing underneath the pullup bar doing nothing because they planned on doing something eventually...maybe...possibly...after they were done talking to their friends on the phone... |

30 muscle ups for time
9:05 Had to hang the rings low so I wasnt sure if I got full extension at the bottom of each rep...and I also had to do clusters of singles because I couldnt really lock out at the bottom well. Finished off with some pullups and dips on the rings for the hell of it. |
