Chris I have never done actual strength maximal training just followed a crossfit box

I think based on that you have achieved what might be expected. As others have suggested add in some maximal strength work to your program and you will see much better progress.

I'll second that, and you'll be amazed how many (not all, but a lot) WODs become so much easier, even if you do NO conditioning at all.

Chris i have a question for you along these same lines. If i choose to add in additional weightlifting after a CF class, how would you suggest going about that?

I realize its not ideal, but between my work schedule and class schedule at the box i dont have time to lift before, so it would usually be after. Would you just work up to something heavy and do a couple sets? How would i go about progressing on this system as it probably wouldnt be linear(especially depending on what was in the WOD beforehand)? Thanks in advance man.
