I only eat it if I make it at home. Using only roasted peanuts, no salt added, or maybe a bit for the taste which depends on the peanuts itself. And its not that I dont eat much of it because its not Paleo, but because of PUFAs. As for molds, etc....you get rid of that with roasting.

no disrespect intended!
Who says Im wasting it now Deb. Its just I want to do lots of things in my life and I need plenty of healthy, productive years

You know, even crossfit takes a lot of years of hard work, just living in the moment will hardly make anyone a champ, imo

Only natural in my house. The standard peanut butters have some nasty stuff in them like hydrogenated vegetable oils and emulsifiers, not to mention loaded with sugar.

Yep, remember the Fluffernutter....I'm sure that it is not Paleo approved.

However, I did find it funny to read the words; YOLO and live like you were dying in a peanut butter thread.

It should be a clue.

Re: Peanut Butter

I eat baby carrots dipped liberally in peanut butter almost every day. I switched to the "natural" version that has half as much sodium since it only costs a tad more per ounce...

All I can say is that some people have way too much time on their hands and are clogging the board up with BS. If this continues, they'll be banned.
