Breasts Pain

Hello, on monday last week. While my girlfriend was warming up, I told her to do 10 Scorpions each side. She said that wasn't confortable on her breasts, but i insisted for keep going. Worst idea i ever had. In the next day, she felt pain on both side of the breasts, but only on touch(even light touch). One week has passed and she still feel the same pain,

She just turned 24 this weekend

I'm feeling like ****!

We are trying to avoid mamography, because is too painfull. And we have almost 100% sure that pain comes from the Scorpions

Any help?

Thank you

Re: Breasts Pain

If you've not already, go see a medical doctor. That isn't normal. We've got female athletes do them all the time and never ran into that.

I'm only a First Responder, but it sounds like something that would be (like a lot of things) impossible to diagnose over the Internet.

Go see a doctor, then follow up and let us know what it is so we can be aware/watch out for it.

Re: Breasts Pain

I can't do them when I am PMSing, they kill my boobs. I don't want to dismiss your concerns, but let you know it may be totally normal too.

Re: Breasts Pain

Chances are its nothing but deep bruising of glands. And I highly doubt the md is going to do a mammogram.

But also for you , I think you need to read up on the posts on mackimba Mimms, And understand the legal aspects of what happens to you as a trainer when a client says no, are I can't and you ignore those comments

Re: Breasts Pain

It was his girlfriend, not a client. Surely you couldn't sue for being unduly influenced by your boyfriend? Isn't that a risk in many areas of life?!

Guess you have never been through a divorce?

But the lesson is really is if your client starts saying I can't or no... Maybe you should heed and listen .
