Anyone have any thoughts on Ultimate Diet Secrets by Dr. Gregory Ellis? Information can found at www.ultimatedietsecrets.com
I have corresponded with many people following his program including Steve Maxwell, who is a Two times Senior World Brazilian Jiu-jitsu Champion and maintains 6 percent bodyfat year round. Most individuals swear by the effectiveness of his program.

What exactly does it consist of? His site seems like a whole lot of nothing important.

It is NHE but un a massivly less sophisticated level. Kevins assessment is right on.

If you would like more reading try Dr. Dipasquales' material.

It is low carb without cycling. He believes carb loading to be detrimental. He asserts that calories do count (unlike Faigin in NHE) and one should pro-actively track both carbs and calories.

Rob - I own Dr. Pasquale's Anabolic Solution for Bodybuilders. Good read. Basically, at this point, I have revamped my goals. At 5'7 155, I have all the mass I want. At this point I want to just cut out and get down to around 5-6% bodyfat. Thus, I am looking for plan that would allow me to do this in the most effective manner. I am currently at about 10% bodyfat.

I like how he tries to impose the sale on you with a snapshot of him wearing unholy amounts of oil and a wifebeater, flexing his lats as he stares DIRECTLY INTO YOUR SOUL.

Truly impressive.
