Re: It's hard to eat right when there's so much I don't eat.

If all this stuff induces vomiting in your it sounds like you're kind of on your own for coming up with meal combos. With someone that picky, the best person to find out what they can eat and be okay with is themselves.

My wife is pretty similar to you, she's starting to eat more and more veggies but there is still a lot she won't touch. I've given up on suggesting things for her, she just trys things for herself and sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Either way it's up to her.

Have you consulted a professional? Seriously, most food aversions are psychological. You know, all in the mind but manifested in the body by making you feel sick. Please don't take offence! Most of taste is actually smell but I bet you still feel sick even if you hold your breath which would suggest to me a psychological issue. I am not a psychologist though!

Also, paleo isn't the be all and end all. I don't eat paleo. I eat oats for breakfast. Oats + milk + microwave + banana = breakfast.

1. Buy a crockpot.
2. Stuff crockpot with 4 pounds of meat.
3. Add potatoes/carrots/whatever veggies you can tolerate.
4. Add just about any flavor you want (lemon juice, oranges, apples, apple cider vinegar, assorted spices fresh or dried, bacon)
5. Press on.

That's not a bad idea. Cook up a couple of crock pots a week to yield several meals. Thank you.

Excuses or results.
