sit-ups = 110 in 2 mins
2 min rest
push-ups = 120 in 2 mins
10 min rest
500m swim = 10min 16sec

5/14/10: Navy PRT

sit-ups = 104 in 2 mins
2 min rest
push-ups = 126 in 2 mins
10 min rest
1.5 mile run = 11min 36sec

50 backsquats
50 push ups
25 thrusters... See More
25 sumo deadlift highpull
50 reverse crunch and press
50 lunges (25 each leg)
25 bent over row (underhand grip)
50 floor sweepers
50 push press
50 bent over row (over hand grip)
25 barbell roll out
50 hang cleans

Time: 46min 34 secs?!?!

almost 12 mins slower than last time. reason: halfway through the push presses I realized that I was lifting 85 lbs.
