We did BARBARA tonight and that was Nasty! Probably shouldn't have ate before I went tonight lol! NOT GOOD!

KALSU sounds hellish, and I"ve never done it, so grain of salt this, but EVA seems like the the biggest energy output.
Somebody smarter than me could probably figure out the Horsepower demands of the WOD's in question given such-and-such athlete weighing "x" lbs, and moving "Y" fast etc etc. If so, I;d think EVA has to be up there. 5 rounds is SOO fu*&n long. 800 meters is such and evil distance. More pullups than MURPH. Longer run total than MURPH, Kettlebells so heavy you run the risk of flinging your head into the ground. (shudder.)

This was we did a Crossfit Penrith (Australia) about 3 nights ago, and it was just killing

WOD 3rounds for time
30 Box Jumps
21 Snatch Grip Deadlifts 80kg (men)/50 (women)
30 Pull-Ups

Plus we had deadlift strength 5RM before doing this WOD!!

Plus last nights was also a killer on the calves:

WOD For Time
10 SDHP 50/40
50 Double Unders
8 SDHP
40 Double Unders
6 SDHP
30 Double Unders
4 SDHP
20 Double Unders
2 SDHP
10 Double Unders

If you couldn't do double unders you had to quadruple the amount which was like 200, then 160, 120, 80, 40, fastest time at our box was 4min34!!! WHICH IS NUTS!!!

Arnie.

For time:
With a single 2 pood kettlebell:
21 Turkish get-ups, Right arm
50 Swings
21 Overhead squats, Left arm
50 Swings
21 Overhead squats, Right arm
50 Swings
21 Turkish get-ups, Left arm

Did the swings with the 2 POOD, OHS with 35 LB KB and the TGUs with a 45 LB DB, Still took me an hour, 15 minutes and 8 seconds.

War Frank

Three rounds for time of:
25 Muscle-ups
100 Squats
35 GHD situps

It took me 59:16 with Muscle ups done on the Pull up bar.

Wasn't there a WOD where you ended up doing something like a sit up to a standing position into a handstand for a 100 reps?...that one stands out in my mind...

Also a WOD that involved "virtual shoveling" was pretty darn nasty...I was so sore for days afterward.

We did 'The 7s' this past Monday. Holy crap. That was tough! I believe it beat The Murph.

I did 400m walking lunges last week. Although it wasn't the hardest WOD I've done, it definitely gave me the worst DOMS ever! I could barely manage to hobble around for the next day or two.

Kalsu. No doubt about it for me. I did it yesterday and I am rediculously sore today. Good stuff though. Will reattempt it in a few months to see if I can improve. This WOD will definately highlight some weaknesses for you.
