Peters log

Hey guys, after a while spent with conventional workouts I resided to rather slack off throughout my workout. Though eversince I have discovered cross-fit this is hopefully about to change. I admire to overall intensity of the workouts and cross-fingers that I will stick to the workouts and keep getting better. I will try defualt workouts as posted here on the forum and they probably devise some of my own.

nice workout today, however couldnt keep up with all the stuff as presscribed

front squats 5x10x60kg plus 5x100 rope jumps
clean and jerk 3x5x60kg plus 3x5 burpees.
4x abs
time: 15.39min

I gotta admit that while doing the third set of clean and jerks I couldnt pull off the last rep. intense workout, though I loved it. tomorrow I will probably opt for a default workout.

Today I figured I might stick with a default workout.so this is it. Angie= 100 pull-ups, 100 push ups, 100 sit ups, 100 squats. Time: 32.02min had a really hard time with the pull ups, fortunately I pulled it off somehow

besides that I made a really swift and concise workout
3x [10 burpees] plus [4 handstand push-ups]
3x [5 Deadlifts 100kg] plus [10 kettlebell swings]

time: 8.39min

still need to figure out how to do a perfect handstand push-up cause might are kinda crooked.

22.10.2010 3x clean and jerk(4x60kg) plus 100 rope jumps. 21-15-9 lunges, squats, leg lifts/raises. Time: 18.45min

this workout had to be really swift due to insufficient time and lack of space/equipment

5x100 rope jumps
10, 9, 8, 7, 6 burpees
5x10 crunches
time: 17.29 min

3.1.2010 got really busy at work so no serious workout for a week. Moreover I am going to move to a different country so I doubt I will be doing any serious workouts in the span of the next two weeks. Today's workout: 4x a, 5x60kg clean and jerk plus 5x burpees. 4x deadlift 5x116kg plus 5x single leg squats-which unfortunately had to be assisted. 4x 40 crunches plus 10 kettleball swings. Time: 27min. I would gladly to a conventional workout however my waist has a muscle pulled which renders my body unable to perform a pull-up since it all gets cramped up.

10x burpees
3x clean n jerk 60kg
30x abs
20 squats

time limit 20 minutes. 4x full set, the 5th one commenced, though finished off with the cleans.
