Gasp!!! Used to do that as a kid and forgot about the goodness of it as I grew up, especially after switching to Paleo.

Am going to enjoy it the next time I have a burger!

Re: Something Good About Mickey-Dee's

There is a McDonald's that's literally a 30 second walk from my front door. The only time it gets tempting is the morning after a night of partying/drinking.

From one of your recent threads you say you are trying to get bigger and doing SS (PP) and everyone told you to EAT MORE.

I began my boycott when they stopped giving the little cookies in the Happy Meal.

McDonald's the morning after a party (or in my case, a cheesesteak with cheez whiz and a coke) is medicine. It should not count against your diet.

Doesn't McDonalds own Chipotle?

EDIT: Nope, they sold their interest. Nevermind.

In-n-Out

Double meat, protein style with grilled onions and tomatoes. No ketchup, spread, or mustard. I get about four of those and I'm good to go.

Do you mean you were in a situation where the only food you could get your hands on was mac donalds? I just can't imagine how such a situation would arise, as there are always options?

I dunno. I'd rather a nice fattening steak and/or chocolate-y dessert from a good restaurant any day.

And if I were really stuck, I'd buy an apple and some cheese at a 711 or something.
