3 runs to 13th street from Camac St and back (390m total)
10 clean and jerks
2 runs to 13th street and back (260m total)
5 clean and jerks
1 run to 13th street and back (130m total)

25 squat jumping pullups
21 burpees
400 m run

only completed 2 rounds and 3 pullups in 30 min.

little sleep, poor eating over the previous two days...

Right wrist began to hurt and tingle too much to go on. need to work on wrist flexibility.

Ring dips

Time: 23:30 - did 75lb bag, 21 full ring dips, 15 and 9 with purple band assist.
