As many rounds as possible (AMRAP) in 15 minutes:
10x pullup
10x thruster (men: 75 lbs; women: 55 lbs)

Scaled to 65 lbs

7 + 10x pull-ups


Today 4/20/09:

5 rounds, each for time:
400m run
2 min rest

1. 1:20
2. 1:22
3. 1:23
4. 1:30
5. 1:21

Update:
My post on Saturday 05-02-2009 was scaled to 95 lbs. not 135 lbs.


Today:

Deadlift, 1 set of 3 reps for max weight
100 burpees for time

205 lbs. Deadlift
