Sarcasm puts a woman in her grave?! What if it's the woman dishing it out? I usually bite my tongue here, though. :-)

Nothing wrong with a little sarcasm, but it's sometimes hard to read on the internet. Inserting a *insert sarcasm here* note would help eliminate any misunderstanding.

Luke, I laughed out loud. Alright crew, I think we can tell that english might be a second language, but it doesn't make it any less funny. "Yours in spot reduction" was a particularly nice touch, IMO.

Armand, I think you may be missing the gist of what's being said here, but maybe not. If you are happy with your routine, then good luck. But aestethics is all about diet. Consistent exercise (meaning burning calories) accelerates that process.

And by the way, the 3rd picture looks like the guy pooped himself.
