1/2 Intensity and Rest Weeks??

When am I supposed to do 1/2 intensity and full rest weeks? I'm just about completing my first 3 weeks of CF.

Let me see if I can remember this-
take 4th week off (first time around). From then on, do a 1/2 intensity week every 4 and take a full week off every 3 months.

yup, what they said

personally I don't follow a strict 'rest' program. Sometimes I take 2 rest days instead of one. Sometimes I take 3 or 4. Sometimes I take an entire week off.

If your peformance begins to suffer or you just feel generally beat up all the time, it may be time to take some time off.
