I didn't even see that one... 100 unbroken is pretty awesome! It sounds like you were in the zone for that workout.

If you look through old posts he covers everything, its good to follow for mobility also, get your thrusters and front squats flying up.

You will keep pr'in as long as your training is consistent, no two weeks breaks etc.

Re: A Bears Tale

9 February 2011

Shoulder Press 3-3-3-3-3

72.5k x 2
72.5k x 2
72.5k x 2
72.5k x 2
72.5k x 2

Could not get the 3's on any sets, next goal is to try and change as many of those 2's into 3's before moving the weight up.

Run 5k for time - 21.59 roads

Felt quicker than that if anything, last time got 22.06 but pr is much quicker at 19.59 at 10lb less BW.

LEGS ARE KILLING ME TODAY.

thanks Ernie. Been a hard week with the extra squatting thrown in for the legs. Reckon I will have to do a lot of arm musclin today.

Thanks Nik. It looks very nasty on the breathing and main site has really smashed the legs this week so there will be a lot of musclin on the swings and cleans. The weights are light but with 15 reps each per round it will be hard. I will use the box jumps as the breather utilising the step down method.

Yea, it looks easier then it is, Khalipa did it in 12min it is 45reps per round total. It has to be tough.
