3/12

21 Thrusters
12 Rope Climbs (180 towel pull-ups)
15 Thrusters
9 Rope Climbs (135 towels)
9 Thrusters
6 Ropes (90 towels)
For Time

Could only hold entire body weight on one set (15) of towels. Did the rest with the front side of toes touching the ground. Decreased weight but didn't enable me to use my legs to help pull.

Re: Chromie's Log

3/14

1 1 1 1 1 1 1 Snatches.

It has been 10 years since I have done a legitimate snatch. Started real light (empty bar) to get back into a good range of motion. Forgot how much flexibility is paramount for this lift. Didn't go heavy for 2 reasons...1. My gym doesn't have bumper weights, nor does it indorse or approve of this excercise. 2. I am not explosive enough (yet) to throw around decent weight.

Sets started out at 95lbs and increased 5 pounds for every x1 set. Final set was 120lbs and a little shaky. Felt good.

Re: Chromie's Log

3/18/08

2xMuscle ups (subbed), 4xhandstand pushups 8x70lbs Kettleball (dumbell) swings - 20 mins of cycles.

8 cycles with some *'s. I subbed muscle ups w/ pull-ups and dips and ended up only doing "one" muscle up per round. I am pathetic at handstand push ups. Majority of them were negatives with a couple actual pushes included.
