I love quotes. I would like to read some of the ones that motivate you to workout, perform better, etc....

Here are some of mine.

"The first question I ask myself when tasked to do something that's not obviously and overwhelmingly in my own best interest is, 'Exactly what happens if I don't do it?'"

"You're not a loser. You're just not my kind of winner..."

"You only know as much as you don't know."

"As far as I'm concerned, I'm the only one that matters in here."

"Nothing is too good for you guys...and that's exactly what you're gonna get..."

"The only thing that sucks worse than being me is being you..."

We the willing, led by the unknowing, are doing the impossible for the ungrateful. We have done so much for so long with so little, that we are now qualified to do anything with nothing."

You never know what you can get away with til you try.

Okay so not all motivational but you get the idea!

When in doubt, go forward and go hard.

"He is able who thinks he is able."

Perpetual optimism is a force multiplier.

You are where you are at because that is where you want to be.

All things being equal, the difference between a good warrior and a superior one is possessing a positive attitude that enables one to believe in himself and ensures the ability to continue to achieve under the conditions of life's most intense struggles.

Whether you think you can, or you think you can't, you're right.

"You cannot dream yourself into a character; you must hammer and forge yourself one."
James A. Froude

"Victorious warriors win first and then go to war, while defeated warriors go to war first and then seek to win."
Sun-tzu

"Far better it is to dare mighty things, to win glorious triumphs even though checkered by failure, than to rank with those poor spirits who neither enjoy nor suffer much because they live in the gray twilight that knows neither victory nor defeat."
Theodore Roosevelt

"The vision of a champion is someone who is bent over, drenched in sweat, at the point of exhaustion when no one else is watching."
Anson Dorrance

"Adversity causes some men to break; others to break records."
William Ward

"Gentlemen, welcome. You honor our island. I look forward to a tournament of truly epic proportions. We are unique, gentlemen, in that we create ourselves. Through long years of rigorous training, sacrifice, denial, pain, we forge our bodies in the fire of our will. But tonight, let us celebrate. Gentlemen, you have our gratitude."
