This post is directed specifically at Matt, as an apology, but also to the rest of the crossfit community.

When I stumbled on Crossfit 5 mos. ago I'm afraid I didnt leave a very good impression of myself, and yes, I am sorry.
You said some things Matt, that I didnt necessarily agree with, and thats okay, but I in turn made a complete ***.... of myself, and it was uncalled for.
I was skeptical and cynical about the Crossfit ideas initially, as I am with most things and really didnt take it too seriously. So, at that time I really didnt care what sort of an impression I left. Fortunately, for me I was allowed to stick around and have learned lots, and continue to.
I'm just finishing up 5 mos. following Crossfit, regimentally, and am totally hooked.
You and I may not always agree Matt, but I promise I wont be such a jerk-off in the future.
Stay cool

Steveo

heh, heh!
He said "jerk-off," heh, heh!

One thing you find in this community; no grudges held. . .at least for very long!
Also, one by-product of not being afraid to say what you mean and feel is the fact that somewhere, sometimes, you're going to **** someone off. As long as you don't get personal, everything is cool and it's just a case of "intelligent minds will differ."
Luckily, things around here don't get personal very often.
Keep up the strong work Steveo!
Matt,
Keep on, keeping on!

I say you two should handle this like men.

Fight! Fight! Fight! Fight!

Just kidding. My regards to both of you... nice to see we can all get along.

Ben, Steveo would crush me. My only hope would be the fact that I can run like hell...but I think Steve is catching up to me in that regard.

Personally I don't think Steve had anything to apologize for...if I were to apologize to all the people that think I'm an *** (not that I think you're one Steve) I'd spend about 16 hours a day begging forgiveness.

And Ron's got a great point. I think the occasional friction we see is just a product of a bunch of type-As rubbing up against each other. No big deal.

Matt, please a little political correctness here. It's no longer acceptable to talk about people perceiving you as an ***. I prefer to think of myself as having "ass-holistic behavior tendencies.":proud:

One of the things I love about this community, is that people play like kids and interact like adults.
Very cool.

Speaking of ***, last week I was made Assitant Chief of the Economic and Cyber Crime Unit. For some reason I have become known as the "Ass. Chief".

Bill,
Do you get to wear the "ass hat?"
Ask Matt.
