Probiotics?

I want to start supplementing probiotics but notice they all have dairy or potato starch as an ingredient.

Can you get any without?

Re: Probiotics?

Why are you planning on supplementing? My only experience with probiotics is for prophylactic therapy in people on broad-spec, long course antibiotics.

If there is solid, scientific data out there supporting probiotic use in otherwise healthy individuals, I would love to read it.
